Yes, the MIRRAH platform is free to use. You can browse and explore as many clothes as you like without any charges.
How does MIRRAH make money?
MIRRAH earns revenue through commission from our partners when you make a purchase.
This helps us keep the service free for you. We appreciate your support.
Can I provide feedback or suggest new features?
No! Just kidding! Of course you can! We built the platform for you so would love to hear your suggestions! You can send feedback or feature suggestions to us below or email info@mirrah.com.au
How can I determine which product variant is for each colour analysis type?
We're working on it! We have a strong pipeline of features we're working on.

Can I cancel my order early?
Generally all sales are final but please contact us and we will see what we can do. There may be some processing fees or shipping fees if the product has been shipped.
My purchase doesn't match my AI images?
The product listing has all the images from the supplier. We encourage you to look over these images prior to purchase. AI can misrepresent the garment and we are clear about this.
Privacy & AI
What personal information do you store?
We store your information securely to help build that customised service for you. Your data is in your control and if you want us to delete it we will. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Is your AI Image rendering accurate?
We strive to make the AI imagery as accurate as possible but it should be used as a guide only, to inform your decision making ability. We are constantly pushing the boundaries to make them better for you.
Can I rely on the style guide information?
The style guides are formulated based on your preferences and your body shape, size and features, like all information you choose what you adopt and what you ignore.
What if I think my Colour Analysis Type is different?
We leave this assessment up to our AI and it does a pretty good job, however if you want it changed there is an option to adjust it or just contact us.
