1. Overview

Mirrah partners with multiple third-party suppliers to provide a wide range of products. As a result, shipping times, carriers, and fulfilment processes may vary between orders.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the shipping terms outlined below.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

We do not currently ship to other regions.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • supplier handling times
  • stock availability
  • order volume

Delays in processing may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia & New Zealand: approximately 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • supplier location
  • courier delays
  • customs processing (if applicable)
  • peak periods or external disruptions

Mirrah does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes and is not liable for delays outside of its control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • supplier
  • product
  • delivery location

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before purchase.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For orders within Australia and New Zealand:

  • customs duties and import charges are generally not applicable

For any future international orders:

  • customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply
  • where applicable, these may be included in pricing or communicated prior to dispatch

We reserve the right to adjust how customs and duties are handled at any time.

7. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing items from different suppliers may be shipped separately.

You may receive:

  • multiple packages
  • separate tracking numbers

These may arrive at different times.

8. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Some suppliers may not provide full tracking updates. In such cases:

  • we will provide updates where possible
  • delays in tracking visibility do not indicate a lost package

9. Delivery Responsibility

Mirrah retains responsibility for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to:

  • provide accurate shipping details
  • ensure the delivery location is secure and accessible

We are not responsible for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • packages left unattended where delivery confirmation has been provided

10. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address
  • failure to collect
  • inability to access the delivery location

the order may be returned to the supplier.

In such cases:

  • reshipping may be offered (additional shipping fees may apply)
  • store credit may be issued at our discretion

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or missing:

  • contact us at info@mirrah.com.au
  • we will investigate with the supplier and courier

Where an issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • or a refund

This will be determined based on the circumstances and in accordance with applicable law.

Delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or external factors do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

12. Supplier Delays

As we work with third-party suppliers, delays may occur due to:

  • stock availability
  • production delays
  • supplier processing times

If a delay is significant:

  • we will communicate updates where possible
  • alternative solutions (replacement or store credit) may be offered

13. Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun.

If you wish to request a cancellation:

  • contact us as soon as possible
  • we will attempt to accommodate the request where feasible

Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

14. Alignment with Returns Policy

Shipping delays, carrier issues, or extended delivery timeframes:

  • do not constitute grounds for return or refund
  • are handled in accordance with this Shipping Policy and our Returns Policy

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • industrial action
  • carrier disruptions
  • government actions
  • customs delays
