Returns Policy

1. Overview

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

To request a return, contact us at info@mirrah.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

All returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • include all original tags and packaging
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

You may be required to provide photos to support your return request.

3. AI-Generated Images & Expectations (Critical)

Mirrah provides AI-generated images and styling outputs to assist with visualisation.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated images are visual approximations only and may not accurately reflect real-world appearance
  • Differences in:
    • fit
    • sizing
    • colour
    • fabric
    • overall look and feel
      are expected and not considered defects

Returns will not be accepted on the basis that:

  • the item does not match an AI-generated image
  • the item does not look as expected based on AI outputs

4. Sizing & Fit Responsibility

Sizing guidance and recommendations are provided as a general reference only.

You acknowledge that:

  • sizing varies between brands and manufacturers
  • recommendations are based on user-provided inputs and may be inaccurate

You are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size.

Returns due to incorrect sizing or fit are:

  • eligible for store credit only
  • subject to the item meeting all return conditions

5. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible returns may be accepted for store credit only, at our discretion, provided:

  • the item meets return eligibility criteria
  • the request is made within 30 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a remedy where required under
Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is:

  • faulty
  • damaged
  • significantly different from its description (excluding AI-generated images)
  • incorrect (wrong item sent)

please contact us immediately with photo evidence.

Where a valid issue is confirmed, we will provide:

  • a replacement, or
  • a refund, or
  • store credit

as required by law.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • clearance or sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalised or made-to-order products
  • hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings)

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different size or item:

  • return the original item (if eligible)
  • place a new order

9. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@mirrah.com.au
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Submit required photos
  4. Await approval and return instructions

Returns must be sent to the address provided upon approval (this may vary depending on the supplier).

10. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued only where required under law (e.g. faulty or incorrect items)
  • Approved non-fault returns will be issued as store credit only

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • we will notify you of the outcome
  • approved refunds or credits will be processed within 10 business days

11. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless required by law)
